With the problem of Meteora solved, Star and the Magic High Commission realize how urgent it is to find the lost queen Moon Butterfly and get her back. Acting queen Star must set out on a journey to deal with the matter. While she is gone, the High Commission and their newest appointed member must... hold down the fort from potential attackers.

Marco finds himself in a position he is really nervous about. First, Meteora Butterfly nearly blows down Mewni.

After she is stopped, Eclipsa makes off with her newly rejuvenated daughter and Star's wand.

To add more to it, Star must depart on a journey to find Moon and Marco has to take a seat on the Magic High Commission.

The frosting on the cake, one of the members is very happy about his newfound status. And an ongoing chain of poems and riddles leaves Marco wondering if everyone in the castle thinks of him platonically.
