Where one was, the other followed. For centuries, nobody in the Palace of Asgard had seen them apart.
But something was going to change.
One day, Loki's brother was sent to Midgard, banished from Asgard for an undetermined period of time.

- I don't reckon asking you to come with me, did I? - he grunted.
I shook my head, looking at the ground. I was hardly holding myself from punching him in the face.
- You're an ass, you know? And an idiot - I said, frankly not really caring about how mean I would have sounded.
He raised an eyebrow at my honesty, but didn't turn to me yet.
- You're pushing away one of the only people who always thought you're worth something. You're doing anything to prove her wrong, and for no good reason - I added then.
He finally looked at me, in the corner of his eye.
- Am I succeeding? - he asked, slowly.
I sighed, closing my eyes.

I don't like doing what's already been done so this story should be like no other Loki fanfic you've read before. Odin has sent for Thor to take the throne but Thor refuses because he doesn't want to leave Jane. Thor convinces Odin to lift Loki's banishment, so that Loki can take the throne. Odin then sends Thor to Midgard to find Loki. With the help of Heimdall, Thor finds Loki. He's singing in a Midgardian rock band. Once back on Midgard, Thor tells the Avengers that he must get Loki, so he can take the throne. Thor needs someone to talk to Loki on his behalf. Someone that Loki doesn't know. So, Thor enlists the help of a young woman who's in training to be an Avenger. However, the young woman is the little sister of an Avenger, who doesn't want her to do it. The young woman agrees to do it in spite of her brother's wishes. Thor and the young woman go to the club that Loki is working in so that she can talk to him. The young woman finds Loki and talks to him. When they first met, Loki and the young woman don't see eye to eye, but she manages to convince Loki to go back to the Avengers Tower and talk to Thor. Loki ends up falling in love with the young woman and wants to make her his queen. When Loki arrives at Avengers Tower to talk to Thor, Loki tells Thor that he won't leave without the young woman because he has chosen her as his queen. When Loki tells the young woman that he wants her to go back to Asgard with him as his queen, her brother refuses to let her go. This makes the young woman mad, and she decides to go back with Loki just to spite her brother. Now Loki must convince this high-spirited young woman that he really loves her. While on Asgard, the young woman starts to develop feelings for Loki and ends up falling in love with him.
