Jack just wants to be a normal 16-year old boy. He is often called to the Principal's Office for what he calls mistakes and what they call misbehaviour. The time he fell asleep and woke up in the teacher's staff room asleep on their lounge. The time he heard all the questions to the test and received a perfect score until he was accused of cheating. Or when he was completing a math test and time seemed to just stop, allowing him to finish in record time. He was called into the Principal's Office for printing a pre-completed test which was not true at all.
But as the war waged for 1000 years spills out into his hometown, Jack must put his normal school life behind him making his problems of the last year seem small. He is thrown into the middle of a war between good and evil, might and magic. Friends will become enemies in this epic tale with so many twists and turns. Jack will find out his seemingly boring townspeople are not who they say they are.
