Rachel, a nineteen year old girl, who doesn't have a strong relationship with her parents. Her mother is too obsessed of how perfect the family seems and her father too busy with making money. All Rachel wanted was love. She teaches that money can't buy love.

Jack, a nineteen year old boy, who has lived his whole life helping his mother earn money to survive the constant paying of bills. His mother, Mavis, works as a waitress at a small diner in Moonston town.

Instead of going to Switzerland with her parents, Rachel is told to visit her, non-related, aunt Mavis. Unaware of what is in store for her for the next two months.
