Deston had lived a miserable life as a cripple. He lived on a village in the north of the Republic, in an area of peace. To go to a mischievous adventure was impossible for him. All he had desired was to live a normal like others had, to walk like others did. After witnessing a strange attack during a party, ran by Mat Antenin, and meeting a dwarf, Deston will go on a journey to south and would meet a man named Rand.
Renoa was a member of the Reacher, a group of people who go to journey beyond the North, to survey the Fa’ardin Woods, the forest of fear, as a sole purpose. She was an aspiring reacher, who wanted to be a Lord Commander or a Lady Commander rather. Being a reacher was what she had always wanted.

She had looked up at him and her heart shattered even more. The whole group was there watching there fight but didn't even have words for any of it. Phoenix was the only one who knew about everything. The kids, her sister, her parents, all of it. Pheonix had watched her break down over and over and over, but she didn't realize how much it might have hurt her to see the one person she had loved her whole life. "I'm sorry, Bradley but I have to go," she turned around and passed the whole group. She didn't bare to change in the lockers but headed straight to her car.
