Animal Crossing Tales: When It's Time

The Crossers are a secret association of twenty-four animals tasked with keeping all eight million humans in line.
They work tirelessly- night and day, rain or shine, past and present. With the help of their golden timers, the Crossers can account for each human nearly every day, recording their behavior and rewarding them with specialized gifts.
They are prepared for anything and everything-
Everything except Kosumo.

Kosumo is a young pink-haired girl who falls into the world of Animal Crossing: the haven she never knew she needed.
Charmed by the summer breezes and sweet letters, she faces all of her days with a bright smile and vibrant curiosity, oblivious to the fact that she's not meant to be there in the first place.
Kosumo's broken in more ways than she could know, and as she slowly discovers her past, she draws closer to the gaping snare of painful memories.

Aided by new friends like Rover and Dr. Shrunk (who seem to know too much), she has to tear herself away from the past before she collapses the beautiful future of the town she adores.
