Emery had a rough past, he father died when she was 6, her mother abused her all her life. Emery finally got revenge, the cost of it? Her life. On the Ark, when you commit a crime, even something as small as stealing, you will get floated, or sucked out into space. If you're under the age of 18, you're locked in the Skybox until you are legally an adult.
Emery had been in the Skybox for 5 years, she turned 18 three days before she woke up with guards pushing her over to a dropship with 100 other delinquents. These 100 kids must learn to survive while they try and get communication with the Ark. They're faced with deadly weapons and deadly people.

In the TV Series, Bellamy Blake is 23 when the 100 land on Earth, I'm not one for Freshmen dating Seniors, so I definitely am not comfortable with a 5 year age difference between Emery and Bellamy. I have decided that to ease my discomforts, I will instead follow the book's interpretation of Bellamy's age, which is 20.
This story follows SEASON 1 of THE 100. Books will be separated into separate stories!
