A young woman named Giselle, is the last person on Elaria to be a Dragon Blood. She was in school when the attack on Elaria happened. She hid from Drake, and she wasn't drained of her powers. To be honest, she DID have powers, but she never really knew she had powers, and the other students at her school bullied her for not having them. Giselle has very special powers, and each day they grow more and more powerful. She then met Vincent when she was on a mission with her brother, Silas, and they became master and dragon in an instant, and that's when she realized she had the Dragon Bloods power. Ever since the incident, Giselle has been planning to seek revenge on Lucifer Drake, for stealing what made Elaria, Elaria. With her dragon, Vincent, and her friends, Elaria shall be restored back to what it once was!
