This is a universe where izuku has a quirk called genetic recognition that allows you too see the genetics of anyone and do anything with it but he accidentally uses it on him self so he goes through many what he calls illusions and doesn't know whats real and goes through many lifes of possibilities aka universe izuku

Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members.
