As Billie Joe , Trè and Mike are living together Mike's 16-year-old sister , Victoria , moves to their house while they're trying to have a new start in their early carrier. Things work out wierd as Vic is a teenager , Billie's girlfriend dumped him and their lives change with the upcoming album.
