Everything is different now.
More and more of the freaks are being converted. There are only four people NOT effected by them. They have to find who is behind it, if it even is a person. They need to figure it out before they take over the world. 
Harley: want the captain of the football team
Corey: twin to Harley, wants the popular girl. Also wants to change who they are as a person
Jay:  wants the out-casted, is compelled to the one who only stays with their siblings 
Kay: twin to Jay, keeps noticing the one who doesn't want to be noticed
