The Last District
What if district 13 didn't get blown up? And what if there was a 14th district hidden from everyone? District 14 wasn't known to the public, it was kept hidden due to the lack of people. When Marlowe Ordell hears the announcement she fears for the life of her 12 year old brother. There was a 1 in 400 chance that he gets called and he'd be all alone. She never once thought about her own life until she was the one to be called. She runs into a Career Tribute who takes an interest to her.
