Phantom. Mezul Castron grew up always being called by that name. In the Crimson World, it is a term that is being used to identify a person who is ugly or unpleasant. All her life, Mezul did not really mind being called one. Not until she trespassed the Emperor Palace for a bouquet of roses and became a student of the Averian University in an instant!

She was not forced to be a student there for a bouquet of roses, though. Turns out, Mezul possessed a very dangerous responsibility and an ability to open a gate. The Gate of Hell in particular and she's not alone. Mezul is tied with the Crown Prince for life and together, they have to maintain the peace of the Crimson World.

However, there is one problem... The Crown Prince, Urio Thanil don't want her for a mate and he's engaged with a different woman---cheating at her! Will Mezul finally be able to get to know her real identity? Will she be able to change everyone's impression of her? And finally, will she be able to form a bond with the Prince and save the Crimson World?
