"Can you feel it too?" He asked, his voice timid & soft. I stare back at him, like he was the answer to all my what and why questions. I nodded, confirming his doubts to which he surprisingly smiled. 

What is it?" For some reason my heart beat had just accelerated, I was ecstatic and nervous at the same time. My thirteen year old self was feeling something so weird, I had never felt before. 

"Love."

My eyes shot up, surprised at his reply. 

Love? Pfft! It can't be love. That's stupid! I am just thirteen and he is just fourteen, what does he know about love. 

Roy noticed my confusion and reluctance to accept the fact. "Think yourself. Don't you feel this weird sensation in your heart; like butterflies are running in your stomach? Don't you feel your heart race, each time I touch you? Don't you feel that flutter, each time our eyes meet? Don't you feel the restlessness, each time we don't get to see each other?"

Can it be love? I thought to myself. My heart was doing all this weird somersaults, weird goosebumps charging over my body. I looked inti his eyes, analysing like he was some case study. 

I didn't realise it earlier, after all I was a marvel girl and no chick flick girl. But now when I think, I think I do. 

I nodded at him, confirming that I do believe him. And that's when the badboy told the heart stopping, jaw dropping, breathe hitching words..... 

"I don't know about you, but I'm madly in love with you."

4 YEARS LATER...

"But I still love you." He claimed, like it was as obvious as transparent water. 

"I. Hate. You." I spat, noticing the strong pain that reflected in his grey eyes that whirled in emotions like a night of heavy storm.
