"Smoking is bad for you," he husks next to my ear, squeezing the flesh of my hips before he lets me go and quits the butt of the cigarette with his shoe.
With a swift motion I turn the tables, pressing him against the wall this time. My forearm on his throat, holding the tall man in place. I have to throw my head back to look him in the eyes and I have no idea where I've got the courage from, but my temper gets the best of me as I have enough of his games.
"You know what's bad for you, darling? Taking me by 120 million dollars."
His head dips down to mine, hovering over me. My stomach flutters, and my knees are getting weak from the simple gesture.
"Sucks to get a taste of your own medicine, no, love?" He murmers, scanning my face. "You know, you could make all of this stop. Just say the words."
His hot breath is fanning over my face as he whispers the next words: "Say you're sorry. 'I'm sorry, sir'. Three words and this war is over."
