Cookie isn't average high school Emo. He's been through a rough past and it isn't great at home. He tries to act normal with a crush on a girl he could never get and the stress of homework but with an abusive family, being blullied at school and to top it all off he can see peoole and creatures that aren't really there or better yet, are dead. When a certain incident happens that causes cookies whole world to go into a crazy spiral he ends up a run away in los angeles with a fake identity, trying to firgure out what his power is telling him while also trying to fighre out how he's going to get home. Or does he even have a home left.

"She's right! She's right! I don't cut in the right spot." My hold tightens on my wrist. The red blood oozes out of my wrist. I slide up and grab my bag and run out of the bathroom. I don't care if people can see the blood I just want to get out. I race for the doors and shove through people. I earn a lot of glares and glances that read "weirdo." I ignore and push. I run to my house and lock myself in my bathroom. I don't bother closing the front door cause I don't care if people come in to kill me. I grab my razor and cut deep cuts into my arm and wrists falling into a pool of my own blood. • • • Evangeline has a great life. Friends? Check! Good grades? Check! Loving family? Check! To make matters worse, it came with a minor side effect: a disease called Gold fever. In other words, people started to turn into gold. Over the course of a single day, Phoenix becomes the most hated person in the world. As the economy collapses around them, only three of his friends are willing to stay by his side. Their job is to keep Phoenix alive while he tries to make money reappear and find a cure to Gold fever. Which turns out to be more challenging than they thought, as they find out someone is tailing Phoenix with the intention to kill.Completa

He puts on the tough bad boy act on to forget about his past and his life. When Hunter begins to fall behind in some classes, her teacher assigns her a tutor so she will be able to pass and graduate. And when she finds out that it's the player who is tutoring her, she almost looses it.
