Charlee Baxter is the niece of Rachel Mason. She has an older sister. Charlee soon gets a phone call saying she's needed in Rochdale. After going through a bad break up, she decides to move there.

Before heading to see her sister and her aunt, she makes a stop off in a club. There she meets Max Tyler. Max is still feeling bitter over losing his job at the school. The two of them hook up.

Charlee soon learns of who Max really is and what he's really like. But Charlee likes a bad boy. She soon discovers she's pregnant with his baby. She decides to raise the baby as best she can.

But what happens when Max comes back into Charlee's life? Especially when he finds out she's having his baby?
