1960's she went to shield to be put in a box to deal with the pain without hurting anyone
2008 the pain was bearable (gotten used to the feeling of being on fire and stabbed) only screaming in pain on too random of times staid in S.H.I.E.L.D and caught up in training and modern times.

In the beginning, L/n was unable to figure out how to control these powers and caused mass damage to anyone who came near. After S.H.E.I.L.D came across L/n and her abilities, they began a slow process of helping her contain and control her powers, and through this process, L/n learnt how to feel her emotions on command. As she controls her emotions they combine to create her main power, healing. The only problem S.H.E.I.L.D has yet to figure out is that as L/n heals others she has to feel small amounts of their pain, but does not cause any physical damage to herself. We have learned that if L/n does try to heal herself in the case that she is injured, the pain can sometimes become too much, not allowing her to completely heal herself. ~~~ This book holds everything in Age of Ultron (AOU) and Civil War (CW) ~~~ :I Do Not Own Any Of The MCU Characters. When Samantha a mutant and X-man is rescued from her captors by S.H.I.E.L.D she finds comfort from an unlikely source. This story follows the relationship between my OC Samantha Howlett and everyone's favorite Jotun Loki Odinson. This is an AU where the X-men have existed in the MCU since the very beginning they are involved in the events that take place in the MCU such as the battle of New York and other "Avengers level threats." In this AU Thor Ragnarok goes down slightly differently with Thor loosing his hammer when he falls from the bifrost instead of it being broken by Hela. He finds it later and figures out its no match for Hela. Thor then goes to forge Stormbreaker which is also not strong enough and he's forced to allow Ragnarok to take place. Thanos is killed prior to 2018 so he never gets the infinity stones and most of the events in Infinity War and Endgame do not occur. In this AU Spider-Man has a public identity now and everyone's knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man. He didn't flip out like he does in the movies because Tony is there to help him through it. Magic works slightly differently than it does in the movies because I wrote this before some of the rules with it were established and it's too late to change it now for story reasons. There are also other differences that luckily can be explained away via the multiverse. Though I try to draw a lot of inspiration from the main MCU timeline and work with the continuity that gives me it's not always possible to do because of how this story needs to play out. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Strong language, violence, some sexual content (honestly not much more than a PG-13 movie would show) mentions and descriptions of physical abuse and sexual abuse. Obviously I own nothing but my OCs. Enjoy!

Disclaimer: i wrote this back in high school when i was highly mentally unstable, pulling all nighters, and over exerting myself in all sorts of ways. For you theater kids out there, I wrote a good portion of this during tech week. At no point in this story did i know what was going to happen next. There are plot holes, weird turns in the story, its a little cringy sometimes, and partway into it someone started pressuring me to follow a certain character. There are some funny moments, a little bit of smut, lovable characters. Looking back there are some moments that i really love, but if you are looking for a story that makes a lot of sense and has a strong story you are in the wrong place.
