Beckett Coleman didn't have to be a villain. All he had to do was study a little harder.
But if you were almost failing your college psychology class, and your professor offered you a guaranteed A for bringing down the local hero, you might jump at the chance too.
The problem is Beckett has no idea how to be a villain. How is he supposed to take down a hero with probability powers? This might be just another assignment he fails.
And failing this task could cost his life...

My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. This is further proven by the sudden appearance of enhanced individuals nicknamed "Blights," which single-handedly explains the general consensus about them. Hated and oppressed, Blights have had their backs against the wall for decades. Teenager Liam Wang must learn how to juggle both his civilian life and the life of his super-powered, crime-fighting persona "Narukami" and all that comes with it.
