La historia trata sobre dos aventureros llamados Adel y Xer los dos van en dirección al norte con la intención de encontrar la piedra del Alba, un material necesario para hacerle frente a los demonios que han invadido el planeta tierra desde hace meses atrás, Adel, un joven de metro ochenta y cinco, de piel rozando el color rosado, que llevaba consigo un atuendo compuesto de botas, una prenda completa color carmesí como su armadura y cabello del mismo color, combinando con sus ojos carmesí profundo,  hacía de guía y era él más imponente de ambos, demostrando quien era él líder entre ambos, mientras que por otro lado, Xer, era un joven de no más que un metro setenta, de piel blanca como la nieve, de complexión delgada y de ojos color azules como el mismo cielo de la noche, los cuales tenía la extraña presencia de puntos blancos en sus pupilas azules oscuro pareciendo estrellas, sus prendas consistían en un atuendo elegante color azul con franjas negras,  los cuales solo usaban los nobles, más esto, hacía que ser poseyera una apariencia infantil, tal como la de un niño en pleno crecimiento, como si ignorará su edad de 19 años, siendo este menor por un año a Adel, además de contrarrestar en personalidad, físico y atuendo, también lo hacían en gustos, púes el gran dominio de la espada como guerrero por parte de Adel, contrarrestaba con los puñetazos a corto alcance concentrados de magia por parte de Xer . Ambos tenían la misión de conseguir la piedra del alba, con la cual, podrían crear un arma que pudiera terminar con aquella terrible guerra en la que la humanidad había sido sumergida por un enemigo que creían inexistente.
