When her best friend Adelyn Eastwood moves to the other side of the country in freshmen year however, she was left to eat alone in the comfort of a tree with her favourite book. Now, Adelyn is back; but with her best friend, comes her best friend's brother. Archer is two years older than Carmen, and the definition of a lying, deceiving, jerk who was a constant pain in Carmen's life growing up. When Archer takes a sudden interest in her, she has no idea what to think. For all she knows this jerk could be using her again so he can play her for the fool. Oh Archer. Silly silly Archer. Carmen's onto you, and if anyone's going to be the fool; it's you. The clock is up, and the game is on.
