The Foundation's Sites and Areas underwent massive breaches due to EMP attacks world wide. Except for one, Site-93. Site-93 is a revamped, improved, and more secure version of Site-19. It is the Foundation's biggest, most secure Site. It is currently housing many SCPs due to the fact that the other Sites and Areas are undergoing repairs. But then, Chaos Insurgency dressed as Foundation Personnel enter the facility. Site-93 is experiencing the most chaotic breach known to the Foundation. Hundreds of Keter and Euclid have breached and are wondering the facility and attempting to get out. Will luck be on the Foundation's side for re-containment? Or will the multi-billion dollar facility, the Foundation's greatest accomplishment be blown to bits by the Omega warhead?

For years, SCP Foundation managed to study thousands of anomalies, and contained most of them in cells. During one of containment breaches, something went wrong, and together with SCPs, MTFs found themselves in a completely new reality. But was it truly a reality? Soon they would find out, and they would have to decide, if they wanted to co-operate, or kill each other while attempting to escape. SCP Foundation and its logo do not belong to me.
