When Freeza destroyed the Earth, Whis turned back time in an attempt to save the planet. Despite his best efforts, Goku was unable to stop Freeza. He was caught in the blast as Earth exploded once again. In desperation to save their planet, and with the help of Whis, the remaining Z Fighters traveled to New Namek in hopes of using their Dragon Balls. Upon arrival, they found they were not alone. The Freeza Force beat them there. The displaced earthlings must now race against time, as well as a malevolent army, in order to find the Dragon Balls and resurrect the Earth.
