Skylar was a young girl who dreamed of anything and everything but those dreams were crushed after discovering she has lung cancer. Water had began filling up her lungs, and breathing became harder.

Surgery upon sugery, nothing had worked until the last moment. Now 17 years of age, Skylar wheels an oxygen tank around, not doing much of anything until a band called 5 Seconds of Summer showed up.

Skylar realizes that she can do more than she bargained for. Showing the way of life, Skylar it brought upon new adventures and new experiences. But what happens once water fills back up in her lungs? But at the same time, what happens when she falls in love.
