Some people have natural talents. Some can dance, sing, but Hayley and her sister, Mallory, are different. Hayley can oddly control the weather and vegetation, and Mallory can control fire. These are weird traits that they have possessed for as long as they can remember. But when the move to a new state, they meet some interesting people, who might just put their lives at risk.
