When a steely, narrow-minded, android hating girl named (Y/n) returns from a long trip, she fails to realise just how much she has missed. Mere months ago Detroit was home to an android uprising, androids winning the battle for equality.

Being the stubborn person she is, Detective (L/n) refuses to accept androids. So now Hank and Connor are on their own secret case to bring her around. But in the midst of all this... Connor feels like he's not just doing this for (Y/n)'s own good anymore. He wants her to notice him, to like him... what is this strange emotion he's feeling when he's around her?

Moving to Detroit had been good for Frankie.
