After what the Captain thought to be her last body, regenerated, the captain decided to set off to Earth in search of a new companion. Being a Time Lord, things are a little wobbly wobbly timey whimey and she accidentally ran into the last Time Lord other than her. The Doctor and The Captain found themselves accidentally bumping into each other over and over again until one day they decided their meetings were not coincidence. Coincidentally the two time Lords became partners in crime and turned the universe from a mixture of stars and evil, to a mixture of comets and adventures.
