Mature
Our hearts break with every wonder,
tears our only clarity,
pain our only answer,
and death our dearest friend.
     We never knew,
how could we?
our parents being nothing but a memory,
one dead the other yet to be found.
We knew the Cold War changed everyone,
now, no one cares
no one copes,
but one evening,
set it all off.....
        We didn't know,
we couldn't have,
about the mystery,
the secrets our " parents" took to the grave...
Yet, we still had to run,
lost and afraid,
we were hunted,
and it got worse.
         We never knew,
the powers that ran through our blood,
what damage we could really do,
what we really were.

Monsters?

        But The Hunt,
It shattered us,
molded us,
until, we could fight the real monsters,
of this small word
