The human race has been reprogrammed. Humans are efficient, accurate, hardworking, and of one mind, There are no disputes, no diseases, nothing abnormal. But abnormalities are what give people the ability to think for themselves, and without it, humans become nothing more than complex machines.
	But the human race has learned to adapt, as it always does. And some brains are immune to this reprogramming, leaving them free to think for themselves. But this comes with some side effects-- these free minded people have supernatural abilities.
