A man creates the rift between Earth and Hell and invades the demonic landscape claiming it for himself. However when he finally dies he doesn't go to the afterlife, instead he wakes up in bed as if someone took his body out of his armor and threw him back home. The rift was closed as well.
Now Earth is at the hands of the Devil and there isn't a person alive that can stop them. Besides a single soul.
