When the vampires cause an uproar in Africa, the French Blade - run by nineteen year old Emelia - intervene. Little did they expect, though, that the infamous werewolves would also make an appearance. With no weapons to defeat werewolves, Emelia orders her people to focus on the vampires, which results in her saving a wolf's life. When the beast, Alpha King Mohegan, turns to her, he discovers his rescuer is his mate.
