The 90th Hunger Games

this is my first story so idk wat to put in the description, so I'm just gonna say that this is my own spinoff on the Hunger Games, as if the districts never rebelled against the capital. all the characters are based off either people in my class or characters out of the original book. And yes, the names of my classmates are changed for privacy reasons. (read introduction for more details.)
