Harper Brown is on a gap year. She's taking the year to travel and to reflect on the pass year and get over her tragic break up with her ex-boyfriend.

On her travels, in Paris she bumps into Theo Miller a handsome, but annoying stranger. He keeps popping up much to Harper's annoyance, but why does she keep thinking about him and why does she keep secretly hoping he will show up again?
