Just a bunch of Merlin Oneshots because I'm still in bitter denial that the show is over. Lots of BAMF!Merlin, bromance and angst. Also, some vaguely implied Merthur because I like it and why the heck not.
There probably won't be much romance in this because I'm hopeless at even talking to anyone and haven't the slightest idea what it's like to be in a relationship.
I tend to procrastinate and need reminders to get out of my head and actually write but will do my best.

Merlin one shots
Just random Merlin oneshots. I try my best to be as original as possible. Goes from being sad, to funny, to mad.... You get the gist. I don't ship Arthur and Gwenivere, so in most one shots, they never married. Most will probably be Pinterest inspired. Some ideas are taken from other books I've read and turned into my own. Pls do read this! It starts out bad but I get better at writing as time passes! This is a merthur one shot book it is going to be almost all fluff maybe one or two angst. I will not write smut. Unfortunately I don't own Merlin or any of the other characters. They belong to the bbc Merlin. I made this cuz some fanfics that I wanna see don't get written so here they are. Also I know this is rated mature, but that is not because of the naughty!!! That is because I am sometimes to eager and able to write gore. So be prepared my beautiful children!
I'm Not King Anymore (Merthur Short Story)
I got the inspiration for this story from a similar oneshot on Fanfiction.net by Aeon The Dimensional Girl if the user wishes for me to take this one down I will, however I will point out that I expanded on the concept and definitely made it my own. Originally gonna be a one shot, but ended up being too long for a one shot. Merlin returns to Camelot after Arthur dies and gets banished by Gwen. He goes to sit by the lake of Avalon to wait for Arthur. Eventually Arthur returns. Merlin is not immortal in this version, however he is still extremely powerful. This is about their life together. Warnings: malexmale relationship, some language might be considered crude, mentions of m-preg. Mentions of thoughts of suicide.Complete

They try to run but there's no time. We try to hide but there's No TIME. when I was a kid, I tried to learn all I could but now I wish I could lose it all. <TW: As I lay here choking on my blood I stare at the heavens and ask for one last ray to see me off. As the rain washes my blood along the earth, being soaked in by the hungry land. That day something was different, something changed in me. A new light shines deep within me, my torso once in two now slowly becoming one as black tar slowly stitched me back together. The greedy land soaks up my blood, now not a drop lies in my body but the gods are ready as the earth slowly starts to reach for me taking me to its restless lands replacing my blood with tar. ^ This fic is a combination of a BBC's Merlin set in the future/ current times but it's more of an Adjacent timeline to ours, OC insert, and a bit of Arthurian myth set in the modern day. This is my first story so sorry if it's bad Even though it's an OC insert it can be read as a self-insert. OC's name is pronounced as Z-AYAH (Zaya) TW -bad writing - gore - gay? - no real sense of time - I'm a big fan of angst - I ship Lancelot x Gawain as well as Merlin x Arthur. "Is it too much to hope that you'll be taking Leon or Lancelot," Merlin had asked, his voice laced with fake sweetness. "Stop being lazy, Merlin. It is an honor to be invited on a hunting trip with the king," Arthur replied haughtily. "An invitation implies there being a choice, sire."
