"Shuttle."
"Sorry, what?" The man asked, pausing with his pen hovering above his notebook's first paper.
Sara repeated herself, confidence in her voice. "It's a shuttle."
"Okay, then how long have you been working on the..." A pause. "Shuttle."
She sighed, getting up from her seat. "Don't patronize me," she said, grabbing the man's coat from the dining room chair next to her. "If NASA wants to ask me a few questions, fine. See if I care, really. But if NASA's gonna send someone who won't respect me, then they get no answers. Now pardon my rudeness as I say this," she paused, distaste obvious in her expression. "Get out."

Missing Astronauts
You thought you knew your friend more? But actually they are the opposite in another world or maybe I mean another solar system. Hi, I'm Alicia, Alicia Ashlee Busch here. Who thought the same, because of what's happening with my life. Even though I did not know my true identity in another world, so I must search and know about it. It's kinda hard to adjust between different versions of you, but you'll get used to it. Actually when I'm in Australia with my parents it feels like home, and just waiting for my step brother to come home. Also I think about the delivery boy and found out he was a skater, so I thought if I go try skate with him, but I need to wait for my step brother, Charles, to come home. In the end I did go outside and from that I met the Delivery boy I mean skater boy, with his friends. I'll tell you it was a bad idea that we go hangout to a restaurant instead of just heading back to eachother's home. From that we maybe made a mistake of entering a spaceship. Later on this question is still stuck in my head, back from Australia when my dad had a call. That is, who are this Missing Astronauts? And... what is their greatest discovery? After that I didn't know my dad would say it would be their downfall. The Story Of Tonight
In the fall after her high school graduation, Danielle Davis has been spending her days lying alone in her shared New York City apartment. Attempting to fill the ticking time, she fills her moments painting empty canvases and ignoring her roommate as much as she possibly can without her actually noticing. But she can only go so long without seeing her, and at their once a month lunch date her roommate brings along a guest. Maren. Excerpt: She was paler than I first remember her, wearing clothes three times larger than her own frame, little effort put into her outfit compared to the first time I met her. She looked confused too for a second, and then she leaned down to pull her sandals off, making herself comfortable in someone else's home. Maren didn't seem like the kind of girl to spontaneously show up at someone's house, maybe I had misjudged her. "Beth's not here." My face remained blank while we made eye contact, she stood up, her natural height just a little taller than my own. Her gaze settled on me, her eyebrows were slightly furrowed. Head to toe, and back again her eyes flickered. She didn't answer my statement. "I didn't think you'd be here." "I live here." A dream
We were alone in the dark, just the two of us, as the moonlight filtered in. It was just the two of us facing each other in the night, as it had always been. She looked at me reproachingly: "What are you waiting for?" "I'm not ready yet. It's dangerous." The same reply as always, an excuse, a lie. I knew. I knew there was no reason to wait. There had never been. I knew I had wings. I knew I could be free. I knew I could fly across the seas. But that was precisely why I had never done so. There was always tomorrow. Or maybe there wasn't. That would've been fine in its own way. And I kept making excuses until one day a letter arrived. And a few weeks later, the next. And the next and the next, they piled up to a small mountain. And every night, in the dark, the girl dressed in a yellow raincoat and yellow boots would hold them up to show me that the past was catching up to me, telling me that instead of running, I should welcome it as an old friend. And that is how my journey homeward began.Complete

{COMPLETED} Samantha hasn't touched Earth in 16 years. She has always dreamt of finding her biological family on Earth and meeting them for the first time again. But she can't. Samantha can't dream anymore, she is apart of the cause to save the human race. The year is B35 and the Earth is becoming overpopulated every day. The governments have combined forces to try to find a solution before Earth is too crowded. They have tried sending spaceships into space and leave some of the population up there, but the space crafts required to have humans live there forever is not possible. They have tried making underwater pockets so people can live under the sea, but the underwater pockets are too fragile to maintain and easily every citizen can drown. Hope was almost given up. Until scientists found a planet only couple light years away that is a sister planet to Earth. No one has ever been on this planet before and is unsure what will people find there. So on the year B18, all children born within that year were taken from their families and sent into a spaceship to be trained and prepared for the landing of this new planet. Samantha and her squad are flying through space and preparing themselves both mentally and physically for the adventures of this new planet. No one knows what is going to happen when the spaceship lands on this foreign land.Complete

I turn my head and look back at the curly hair that had been staring at me all night.
