Happy Girl, Sad Girl

It all starts when her mother does the unforgivable. From there, her life gets more and more terrible. She finds someone who fills a hole in her heart. They were perfect until she had a fight with her best friend about their relationship and they break up. Visits to her mother in Iowa make her life worse. That certain someone stops talking to her after they have a big fight, too. After that their relationship is sent into a roller coaster ride until she finds someone her doesn't even know she exists. He may look in her direction if he hears a sound in that direction, and just by that her heart pounds and her face gives off a bright tint. But his sights are set on another girl. A girl that is more pretty and perfect than her. She finds the courage to send that first certain boy a friend request and they begin talking. Joy fills her broken heart as they begin their usual conversations. Yet, it wasn't meant to be.
