In a future where homosexuality is illegal Alex finds her self angry after a tragic incident causes her to lose her fiancé and their gang. After getting called in for stealing the police find the rings of grass on all their fingers. They are confident in who they are and all get the death penalty. Alex is on her way to death row when T.R.I.S. Laboratory's explodes, giving Alex the power of never feeling pain. She finds out who called her in and kidnaps him. She later finds out that the man has a deep secret and has to decide what to do.
