Plugged

There is a thin- sorry, thick line between love and hate. Sure. I just choose to lean towards hate because of love. Hating can protect, love can break. Finding love may lead to happiness, but who said there won't be struggles? This may be confusing at first, but it will soon be understood why love cannot overpower hate, cannot overpower the evil in this world.

We all have our moments; whether it be good, bad, sad, excited, whatever. I lived through them all. Keep in mind I spoke in past tense; lived being the key word. Well, everything in life may not be what we really thought it as.

Everybody has their what-ifs. Everybody has their doubts, fears, worries. I lived through that, too. Funny how this world isn't really what we know it to be...

So, what if we were all plugged into machines that made us believe we were actually living and feeling?

He was created by mistake. He was destruction. Human, but monster. Living, but not breathing. Blood rushing, but no heart.

But that was only before he fell in love with me.

Of course, that did not help because in the end, he was only plugged.
