Living, dying, dreaming, breathing, everything seems worth it. Everything seems clearer and yet nothing makes sense when it comes to that one thing. ‘Love’ a simple four letter word, yet a feeling with so much power that it can change everything for the better or for the worse. It can make people soar though the skies or bring them right down on their knees. A treasure so precious that the value of it is seldom known until it’d be lost.
Being too typical a teenager, Tanya spends 16 years of her life unaware of these true feelings, spending her days, shopping, partying, sometimes studying, or simply being popular, until disaster strikes her family and she loses her beloved father and her only brother to a cruel fate.
Determined to move on, she and her Mom leave Pakistan to escape the sad reality of their past, and start living in Bradford, England. Tanya soon finds out that forgetting her past is harder then she had assumed when every little thing reminds her of her life in Pakistan, and her brother.
Through these tough times, she still manages to put on a brave face, and soon makes friends at her new school. And as she closes her eyes, and sits back to enjoy the roll-coaster that is life, her experiences are far beyond her imagination and to top it off her short-term best friend develops strong feelings for her. Zayn Malik hardly realizes that before even Tanya knows about his feelings for her, the whole world will know him as the amazing singer on X-Factor.
Fate being his cruel self sends Zayn and Tanya their separate ways, as Zayn heads off to the show, and Tooba takes a flight back home to visit her family.
Zayn is madly in love in love with Tanya, but will fate ever give them the chance to be together? Will Zayn ever again get the chance to truly tell her ‘I Love You’? And what will happen when somebody gets there and says those same words before him?
