I am A Zombie.
To be more precise,
I am infected with the ZDNAT-01 Virus.
(ZDNAT- Zombie DeoxyriboNucleic Acid Transmission)
ZDNAT-01 has been passed on from generation to generation... Cause UNKNOWN.
There is no Known Cure.
This Virus activates Telomerase to affect the human aging process.
In effect, it allows the infectee to live 100 times longer with supernatural powers.
If an adult is infected,
their aging stops immediately..
An infected individual
possesses Physical Capabilities
that go far beyond
that of a human being.
and they have the ability to self-heal.
But, they can't move much. In short, lack of physical activity. The only thing they rely on is their Sight and their state of Thinking.
And they suffer A Desire for human meat that is torturous.
I am not a human being.
I am something else entirely...
existing between living and the dead.

The 'things' are as you would call it zombies but of greater skill. They disguise themselves as humans yet they will not hesitate to kill you and eat you. If someone is a 'thing', automatically presume them dead, or at least soon to be dead. It will always take about 2 weeks to become fully changed, hopefully you can chop of that body part in time for the infection to stop. If you can't, put an end to your soon to be painful and horrible turn/death. These beings as I announced only a moment ago, look exactly like a human, two way to tell if they are one or not, their attitude and their eyes. They don't have emotions, only hunger and let me tell you, they will go out of their way to eat you, they will speak but it will sound different... Deformed almost. The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. Back by popular request! The 2017 rough draft of The Virus Within! (Caution: Contains massive plotholes that were fixed in the polished The Virus Within Series. Grammar issues are present, particularly missing commas.) What do you do when you are one of the infected? The virus in my blood is trying to steal my humanity. It alters my very thoughts and reactions. It taunts me by tempting me with desires that it planted in my brain. These bloodthirsty desires would lead to my demise if I ever gave in. I have more in common with the zombies than with humans at this point. Even the fallen zombies accept me as one of their own. Blood is required to retain my grip on sanity, but the sweet-smelling blood from humans is a short path to madness. Human blood is to be avoided at all costs. Humankind around the world was driven close to extinction by the sudden appearance of the zombies, yet small groups of survivors constantly manage to appear and put my control to the test. -------------------------- This is a standalone zombie book. Not The Last {Rough Draft}
~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that.
