Tikki Uchiha was a ninja in another village, jonin to be exact. She was not in the village when the massacre took place. But her parents were killed by bandits and she had heard about the massacre and the little boy who was left alone so the 15 year old Tikki Uchiha rushed back to the leaf with permission of course. Ikeri Uchiha is the daughter of Itachi Uchiha and Amiki Uchiha. She was born 4 years before the Uchiha Massacre. Her mother, Amiki died during her birth, due to blood loss.
