In an alternate version of NYC, George Fredrick the Third and his close counsel of cronies run a truly terrifying reality for most people. They live in poverty, scared of their debts to Hades and GeneCo. Both known for leaving debtors dead if they don't repay. But there is a revolution brewing from the unrest in the air.
