When she's sad it rains, when she's happy it's sunny...but what if something happens that causes all of her emotions to crash together and spiral out of control sparking a natural disaster? She see's the only way to come back from the disaster is to not allow herself to feel at all so that she cannot cause any more damage...but then she meets Christian. A boy who causes Taliah to feel all over again and forces her to learn how to dance in the rain.
