The end of the world. Did I think it would happen? No, of course not. But being the idiotic human species that we are, we attempted to go past what is physically and scientifically possible. We can't prevent death, it's inevitable. And even though many people tried to tell all those stupid scientist this, of course no of them listened. Which ended 80% of the species of both animals and plants on our -now not so green- earth... Sam is your not-so-normal post-apocalypse teenage girl attempting to survive this now excruciatingly painful life, as well as deal with her own unknown abilities... ************************************************* He frantically ran out of the laboratory with black eyes, black veins, and disgusting purple liquid seeping out of his mouth. I gasped and his head snapped towards where my mom and I were sitting. "Sam... Run." Mom tells me but I can't move, "GO!" she yells, snapping me out of my trance I then get up and start running just as my dad reaches my mom. I look ahead of me and just keep running.
