The Dolly

Spencer is a skilled detective who works for the F.B.I. He is working late when he and a few others are called to get briefed on a serial killer case.
Hearing about the killer makes his spine shiver.
She calls herself, 'The Dolly'. She kidnaps and records her victims befor slicing their throats and then sewing them back up. She would then dress them like a doll and hang them on a tree.
