Something sinister lurks in the depths of the ruined Cinnabar Island. World-renowned bounty hunter Chozu is the only one who can destroy this evil, but first it must be found.

Following mysterious activity on the ruined island where science once reigned, Chozu is dispatched to find out what is causing the Kanto Federation so much trouble. Armed with a super hi-tech Pokédex, her reliable Jolteon, and the obnoxious commands of Lt. Surge, Chozu steps forth into the ruins, unaware of the great dangers that await her... the dangers that survived.
