It takes place two years after Jane and Maura divorced. Maura is still having a hard time coping with the destruction of her family and the fact that it's her fault. Jane has a hard time keeping her hands to herself. New problems put bumps in Emily and Antonio's already rocky relationship.

Hope only found out about her daughter's feelings because her twin sister , Katelyn brought Maura home drunk and Maura and her were playing truth or dare..Both of Hope's twin daughters were drunk and don't recall how q share.
