Kaito is a waterbender that grew up in the Southern Water Tribe but left and is currently residing in Ba Sing Se. One day he goes to a tea shop called The Jasmine Dragon and that's when everything changes.

This will follow the plot of the Avatar The Last Airbender series, so I recommend you watch that first.
