Life is tough for 16-year-old Dee. Struggling in school and hated by her peers, she only has one escape from it all. The annual school trip. It's on this trip that she met her closest friends, Echo, Nycko and Calix, just a year ago. Only this time, things don't go as planned. Stepping onto that bus, she's entering a world of the supernatural and Dee has a lot to learn about her friends, the world she lives in and her own heritage.
