"Quick! It's right behind you!" I was running as fast as my feet could take me, not knowing where, not knowing how far, as long as I would find an exit from this weird and never-ending dark place, I could not think of anything but of how to survive throughout this night, or should I say, Nightmare.

The Wolf's Prey
[completed!] Under editing! Man kind, invincible and scared of nothing. We were the superior race, and we revelled in it. We all thought we were the ones at the top of the food chain, completely untouchable. However it was like I said, we 'thought' we were. In the darkness lurks a creature like no other, that prays upon us. Hunting us! Waiting for just the right moment to strike, to knock us off of our high pedestal and back onto the ground. I know this because I have seen this beast. Been face to face with it, battled toe to toe with this creature, fighting for what was left of my life, and I was losing! - - - - - - - - "Watch out!" I scream in alert, as a hard thudding sound pierced our ears as something slammed into our side of the car, sending a sensation of dizziness as the car spun of of control. The screeching tires dragged along the floor, with the faint stench of the irony liquid dripping from my head as it all grew still...Complete
It's Somewhere Beneath Us
The house is safe. The hills outside are not. The basement is out of the question. Joel has been trapped in the house for what has felt like an eternity; all hope of escaping lost after the first few years. Without the company of the eight strangers who arrived with him, he would have gone mad long ago. But while living in the decrepit building is taxing, nothing could be worse than the thing downstairs. Everyone is content to just live in the six rooms that they know are safe until Joel learns that there may be something below. Something other than the creature that torments them. The house goes deeper, further down into the darkness. When I wake and hear someone speaking - that I can't see, but can feel...who tells me that I am not who I think I am....I have nowhere to run... Should I listen? Wait?
